Welcome to Seed Coaching! I'm Jeff Patterson. I'm here to support you in awakening to the Power of Spirit within you and allowing it to express in your everyday life. My coaching is based on the perspective that we are each divine, whole and complete. I believe that any issue in our life results from a misunderstanding of this core truth.

As your coach, I’m here to help you in waking up to your true nature and clearing away the unconscious beliefs that may be preventing you from creating the life you love. Along the way, you’ll learn to hear your own answers and cultivate an intimate connection with your own inner wisdom. Rather than creating a dependency on me, you’ll build a lasting relationship with the power inside of you--a power that will transform your life, just as it transforms a seed into a blossoming flower.

Drawing on time-tested tools and coaching strategies, the SEED Approach will support you in Seeing, Experiencing and Expressing the Divinity within you.
